* Education: Diploma / ITI / Civil Engineering qualification preferred. * Freshers or Experienced ( 1 or 2 years ) * Good knowledge of building construction and site activities. * Ability to read and understand civil drawings and basic plans. * Good knowledge of measurements, levels, quantities, and material requirements. * Ability to manage and coordinate workers and contractors. * Good communication and problem-solving skills. * Should be responsible, punctual, and capable of working independently at the construction site. * Basic knowledge of MS Excel / AutoCAD will be an added advantage. * Knowledge of construction safety practices is preferred. * Must be willing to work according to project/site requirements.
