Job Description: Recovery / Collections Executive
Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream) / MBA Preferred
Experience: 1–4 years (Collections/Recovery domain)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Recovery/Collections Executive to manage overdue accounts, handle customer follow-ups, and help minimize the company's NPA (Non-Performing Assets).
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with overdue/defaulter customers for recovery (calls, field visits, notices)
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly collection targets
- Negotiate payment plans and close settlements with customers
- Coordinate on legal recovery process (SARFAESI, DRT, etc. — if applicable)
- Manage field agents/collection agencies (for team lead roles)
- Maintain recovery reports and MIS
- Ensure compliance with bank/NBFC policies and RBI guidelines
Requirements
- Graduate or MBA (preferred)
- 1–4 years of experience in Recovery/Collections
- Bank/NBFC background preferred (Banking, Housing Finance, Microfinance, or Vehicle Loan companies)
- Willingness to travel/do field work (if applicable)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good knowledge of the local market/area
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license (for field roles)
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of loan recovery processes (Personal Loan, Home Loan, Auto Loan, Credit Card, etc.)
- Understanding of legal recovery procedures
- Experience with CRM/Collection software
