6) Co-ordinate with dispatch team on dispatches
Weekly task
1) Update from respective distributor on dispatch
2) Sales reports
3) Outstanding received & pending report
Fortnightly or every 15 days task
1) Follow up on sales excels from distributor
2) Distributor claims statements

1) Sales statements of sales team
2) Distributor claim statement
