ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and manage engineering activities for Oil & Gas projects involving GIS / AIS Substations up to 765 kV, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Execute end-to-end engineering activities within established schedule, quality, and cost targets to achieve successful project delivery.
Align engineering deliverables with project schedules, conduct regular review meetings, and ensure timely resolution of engineering issues.
Review and approve design calculations, engineering drawings, technical documents, client approvals, and submissions to maintain accuracy and adherence to project timelines.
Oversee engineering activities related to Primary Design, Secondary Design, Earthing, Cabling, SCADA, and Protection Systems for Oil & Gas substation projects.
Coordinate vendor evaluation, technical clarifications, manufacturing clearances, and material delivery activities to support seamless project execution.
Lead and mentor Design Engineers and Drafting Teams, ensuring optimal resource allocation, improved productivity, and effective team performance.
Support BOQ reviews, tender engineering activities, billing processes, and monthly invoicing requirements in coordination with project and commercial stakeholders.
Utilize engineering and project management tools such as MS Office, ETAP, PSCAD, CYMGRD, and Project Planning Tools for design analysis, reporting, and project monitoring.
