Job Title: Sales Executive – Field Sales
Job Summary:
A Field Sales Executive is responsible for visiting customers, generating new business, maintaining relationships with existing clients, achieving sales targets, and promoting the company's products or services in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit customers and prospective clients in the assigned area.
- Generate new leads and convert them into sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collect customer feedback and report market trends.
- Prepare daily visit reports and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the sales and support teams for order fulfillment.
- Follow up on payments and customer inquiries.
- Participate in promotional activities and product demonstrations.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or CRM software.
- Time management and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- 0–3 years of experience in field sales (freshers may be considered).
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
- Knowledge of the local market is an advantage.
