Description:
The Service Sales Executive in the biomedical field is responsible for driving service revenue through the sale of AMC, CAMC, Care 360 packages, and other service solutions for medical equipment. This role involves complete ownership of customer accounts, including contract acquisition, renewal, payment collection, and service coordination to ensure high equipment uptime and customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell AMC Annual Maintenance Contracts, CAMC Comprehensive AMC, and Care 360 service packages for biomedical equipment.
- Identify opportunities for new service contracts across hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers
- Manage end-to-end service sales cycle lead generation proposal negotiation closure
- Ensure timely renewal of existing contracts and minimize contract lapses
- Generate service orders for spare parts, breakdown services, and upgrades
- Maintain strong relationships with biomedical engineers, purchase teams, and hospital management
- Coordinate with internal serviceengineering teams for smooth execution of contracts
- Ensure timely payment collection and follow up on outstanding dues
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, orders, and customer interactions
- Prepare and submit daily,weekly,monthly reports sales, collections, pipeline, renewals
- Take full ownership of assigned territory accounts, ensuring revenue growth and customer retention.
Requirement:
- Strong understanding of biomedical equipments
- Service sales expertise AMC & CMC contract-based selling
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
- Knowledge of hospital procurement processes
- Good financial awareness billing, collections, outstanding tracking
- Ability to manage multiple accounts independently
