- Payroll Management – Process monthly payroll, ensure accuracy in salaries, deductions, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.).
- Hiring & Recruitment – Manage end-to-end recruitment including job posting, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Candidate Screening – Shortlist candidates through resume evaluation and initial HR interviews.
- Onboarding & Induction – Handle joining formalities, documentation, and employee orientation programs.
- Employee Relations – Maintain a healthy work environment by addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, and ensuring employee satisfaction.
- HR Documentation – Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance, leave data, and compliance documents.
- Expense & Cost Control – Monitor and control monthly office expenses and optimize operational costs.
- Housekeeping & Facility Management – Supervise office cleanliness, maintenance, and general administrative upkeep.
- Vendor Coordination – Manage external vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and services.
- Audit & Compliance – Support internal audits, ensure documentation readiness, and maintain compliance with company policies and labor laws.
