Key Responsibilities: -
1. Experience in implementing Import & Export shipment documentation.
2. Co-ordinating with CHA and Freight forwarder for status of shipments.
3. Negotiation with shipping lines & forwarders for ocean freight & destination charges.
4. Preparing daily status report of shipments and tracking the movement on a daily basis.
5. Maintained an effective data management to track all shipment details.
6. Liaising with Bank for Import payment and submission of documents for regularisation of bills.
7. Releasing payment of CHA’s.
8. Preparation of pre-shipment & post-shipment documents.
9. Negotiation with shipping lines, CHA & forwarders for ocean freight & other charges.
10. Arranging container in the factory for stuffing of cargo and following up with CHA.
11. Preparation of documents as required by customs for clearance & for shipping lines for Vessel approvals and booking.
12. Preparing BL drafts & arranging for release.
13. Tracking of container & updating the same to consignee for on time delivery.
14. Submission of documents for regularisation of export bills.
15. Following up with bank for Bank Realization Certificate (BRC) for applying various schemes (DBK & RODTEP).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
