Job Title: RO Plant Operator

Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and motivated RO Plant Operator to join our team. Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience are preferred. However, freshers with a strong willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
Preference will be given to candidates residing in Dankuni or nearby areas for ease of commuting. Candidates who can conveniently travel to Dankuni are also welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor the RO (Reverse Osmosis) plant as per standard operating procedures.
- Maintain daily operational log sheets and plant records accurately.
- Ensure timely completion of required documentation and obtain necessary approvals/signatures.
- Prepare and handle chemical dosing/charging as per operational requirements.
- Perform routine plant checks and report any abnormalities immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper housekeeping of the plant area.
- Follow all company SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
Eligibility
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in RO Plant Operations (Preferred).
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
- Candidates should be able to join on or before 28th July 2026.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000 per month (Net Take Home)
