Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements.
- Draft and post engaging job descriptions on job boards.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals.
- Screen resumes to ensure qualifications match role expectations.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to shortlist the best talent.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and teams.
- Manage candidate data using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Facilitate job offers and negotiate salary terms.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
