Overview:
As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the company by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall sales strategy. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in business development.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Execute strategies around core offerings to generate new revenue opportunities

Proven track record of meeting a quota of at least $7,000/pm in digital and web services

Experience with proposal/RFP creation

Develop and manage a sales pipeline, conduct weekly forecast meetings

Reports on sales activity and forecast to the management.

Building a team and managing high growth and fast changes.

Generate business through client relationship management.

Explore new channels of sales and formulate and implement strategies to penetrate the new market.

Manage bidding on portals, proposal writing, lead generation, end-to-end client communication.

Should have knowledge of Facebook, Linkedin for lead generation and business closure

Aggressively chase targets and meet deadlines

Should have awesome presentation skills.

Responsibilities include lead generation, lead nurturing and closing

Expertise in digital marketing would serve as an added advantage.
Qualifications / Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Proven experience as a Business Development Executive with a minimum of 3 years of relevant IT services/solutions sales experience.

Strong understanding of the industry and market dynamics.
