**Job Title: Talent Acquisition Associate **
Experience: 0–2 Years Location: Gurgaon (Sector 18) – 6 days work from office
**Role Overview: **
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate with 0–2 years of experience, who has a strong inclination towards recruitment and talent strategy. This role involves a mix of 70% Talent Acquisition and 30% HR Operations, supporting both IT and Non-IT hiring needs. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
**Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition (70%) **
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring plans Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with stakeholders Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process Maintain and track recruitment metrics and reports
**HR Operations (30%) **
- Support onboarding and documentation processes Maintain employee records and HR databases Assist with HR policies, compliance, and day-to-day operations Coordinate with internal teams for smooth HR functioning
**Requirements: **
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition Exposure to hiring for both IT and Non-IT roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good working knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tools Highly organized with attention to detail Willingness to work from office 6 days a week in Gurgaon (Sector 18) A clear interest and long-term inclination towards Talent Acquisition
