As we continue to grow, we are looking for dynamic professionals to expand our retail presence across shopping malls and premium retail destinations.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Mall Retail Business Development Executive to identify and secure retail opportunities within shopping malls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for approaching mall management, negotiating retail spaces and developing partnerships to establish KosmiQua kiosks, stalls and retail counters.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure retail opportunities in shopping malls and commercial retail spaces.
- Build relationships with mall management, leasing teams and retail partners.
- Negotiate rental terms and commercial agreements for kiosks, stalls and shop-in-shop locations.
- Conduct market research to identify high-potential malls and retail destinations.
- Coordinate documentation, approvals and onboarding processes.
- Work closely with internal teams for store setup and launch activities.
- Represent KosmiQua during business meetings, presentations and networking events.
- Monitor the performance of retail locations and identify expansion opportunities.
- Prepare regular business development reports and maintain partner relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Well-experienced in business development, retail expansion, channel sales or partnership management.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in client meetings, presentations and field visits.
- Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English (additional international language skills are an advantage).
- Willingness to travel for business meetings and site visits.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in retail leasing, shopping malls, beauty, cosmetics, skincare, luxury retail or FMCG is highly preferred.
- Existing relationships with mall management or retail partners will be an added advantage.

- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2 Saturdays working every month)
