Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop B2B sales opportunities in industrial, commercial, and institutional segments.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and energy assessments.
- Prepare and present solar proposals, ROI analysis, and cost-benefit reports.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams for feasibility and execution.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Track sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Stay updated on solar policies, subsidies, and market trends.
Required Skills
- Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of solar products (Rooftop, EPC, Net Metering)
- Ability to understand technical and financial aspects of solar projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting
- Self-motivated with target-driven approach
Qualifications
- Graduate / Diploma / Engineering (Electrical preferred)
- MBA (Sales/Marketing) is an added advantage
Preferred Experience
- Experience in solar EPC / renewable energy / electrical industry
- Exposure to industrial and commercial client handling
- Knowledge of government policies and subsidy structures
