Hiring: Boiler DCS Operation Engineer
We are looking for an experienced Boiler DCS Operation Engineer to join our power plant operations team.
Qualification: B.Tech / DME
Certification: 1st Class Boiler Operator Certificate – Mandatory
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Power Plant
Preferred: Strong experience in CFBC Boiler / Power Plant Operations & DCS.
Key Responsibilities:
-Operate and monitor CFBC Boiler through DCS.
-Execute safe start-up and shutdown of the plant in coordination with field & shift officers.
-Ensure smooth operation of the unit and auxiliaries as per SOP.
-Monitor critical operating parameters and maintain them within design limits.
-Handle troubleshooting and emergencies including blackout, leakage, tripping, etc.
-Monitor boiler and auxiliary equipment on a daily basis.
-Coordinate equipment changeovers and maintenance activities.
-Conduct hydro tests as per IBR norms during annual shutdown.
-Guide field operators and coordinate with QC, Utility, WTP, CHP and other departments.
-Support major overhauling activities of boiler equipment and auxiliaries.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
