About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team. The candidate will assist in architectural design, 3D visualization, drawings, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing architectural designs, layouts, and drawings.
- Create 3D models and realistic visualizations of projects.
- Develop and modify designs based on project requirements.
- Prepare presentations, floor plans, elevations, and other architectural drawings.
- Coordinate with senior architects, clients, and other team members.
- Make revisions and incorporate feedback into designs.
- Maintain project files, drawings, and documentation.
- Ensure designs are practical, aesthetically appealing, and aligned with project requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Architecture or a related field.
- Good knowledge of architectural design principles.
- Strong skills in 3D visualization and rendering.
- Proficiency in relevant architectural/design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio may also apply.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
