We are looking for energetic, detail-oriented individuals to join our Operations team. If you enjoy solving problems, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.
No prior experience is required. We value curiosity, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn much more than previous work experience.
* Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
* Handle returns, exchanges, and related documentation.
* Coordinate order dispatches with logistics partners.
* Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.
* Manage inventory, including stock updates, audits, and reconciliation.
* Ensure products are stored, packed, and shipped as per company standards.
* Maintain accurate records using internal software and spreadsheets.
* Work closely with customer support, warehouse, and merchandising teams to ensure smooth operations.
* Identify process improvement opportunities and help implement them.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
