Job Title: Commissioning Engineer

Job Summary:
The Commissioning Engineer is responsible for testing, validating, and ensuring that systems and equipment are installed, configured, and functioning as per design specifications. The role involves on-site commissioning, troubleshooting, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform commissioning activities for electrical, mechanical, or electronic systems as per project requirements.
- Conduct system testing, calibration, and validation to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues during installation and commissioning phases.
- Prepare and maintain commissioning reports, checklists, and documentation.
- Coordinate with design, installation, and client teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure all safety standards and protocols are followed during commissioning activities.
- Support factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site acceptance tests (SAT).
- Provide technical support and training to clients or end users when required.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements where necessary.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in commissioning or field engineering (freshers can be considered for junior roles).
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of electrical and control systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Hands-on experience with testing tools and instruments.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site as per project requirements.
Preferred Skills (Optional):
- Experience with PLC, SCADA, or embedded systems.
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, CAN, etc.).
- Experience in railway, automation, or industrial projects.
Working Conditions:
- Frequent travel to project sites.
- Work may involve extended hours during project deadlines.
- Exposure to industrial environments.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
