- Screen resumes and leads to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates.
- Prepare interview reports with recommendations for hiring managers.
- Prepare and submit required recruitment reports to HR leadership.
- Develop and implement a positive candidate experience strategy.
- Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Provide timely feedback to all applicants, even those not selected for an interview.
- Manage and respond to candidate inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
