Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones
Manage end-to-end interview logistics, including calendar invites, meeting links, and candidate follow-ups
Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Support in offer rollout processes and documentation
Handle stakeholder communication and act as a point of contact for hiring teams
Collaborate with external vendors when necessary and ensure SLAs are met
Assist with recruitment events, reports, and hiring-related projects as needed
