Job Description:
We are looking for energetic and customer-oriented Call Center Executives to join our UK & USA-based processes. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for UK & USA clients.
- Address customer queries professionally and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain and update customer information accurately.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service.
Requirements:
- 6 Months to 1 Year of experience in Call Center/BPO is preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Basic computer and typing skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in Mid Shift and Night Shift.
