We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Civil) to lead our projects from planning through to handover, based out of our LB Nagar / Hasthinapuram operations in Hyderabad.
About the Role
As Project Manager (Civil), you will take overall responsibility for the planning, execution, and delivery of civil construction projects. You will manage budgets, programs, site teams, contractors, and client relationships, ensuring every project is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a key leadership position for someone who can drive projects forward while upholding our commitment to quality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of civil construction projects, from pre-construction planning through to completion and handover.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, tracking progress against targets.
- Oversee site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and labour to ensure work is delivered to program and specification.
- Manage project costs, including procurement, billing, variations, and cost control, in coordination with the accounts and contracts teams.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, structural designs, and construction specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, structural engineers, and clients on design and technical matters.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Indian standards (IS codes), local building regulations, and statutory approvals.
- Oversee quality assurance and quality control across earthworks, concrete, structural, and finishing works.
- Manage the RFI process and resolve design clarifications and site queries promptly.
- Liaise with local authorities, GHMC, and other regulatory bodies for approvals and clearances if required.
- Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management and clients.
- Champion onsite safety and environmental compliance, enforcing safe work practices and stopping unsafe work whenever identified.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech); a postgraduate qualification in Construction Management is an advantage.
- 15+ years' experience in civil construction, with at least 3 years in a project management or lead role.
- Proven track record delivering residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, IS codes, contract management, and local regulatory requirements in Telangana/Hyderabad.
- Sound commercial acumen with experience managing project budgets, billing, and cost control.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of Telugu and English preferred; Hindi an advantage.
- Candidates based in or willing to commute to the LB Nagar / Hasthinapuram area preferred.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
