Roles & Responsibilities
* Coordinate with clients and workers for shift assignments.
* Ensure smooth onboarding and deployment of staff.
* Monitor daily operations and resolve operational issues.
* Maintain operational records and update internal reports.
* Communicate with clients to confirm bookings and collect feedback.
* Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Assist in process improvement and day-to-day operational tasks.
Requirements
* Strong communication and coordination skills.
* Good problem-solving and organizational abilities.
* Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, and MS Office.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
* Freshers are welcome.
* Bachelor’s degree (pursuing or completed).
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
