Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our team as Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP) Interns. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP), web technologies, and digital personalization solutions. You will work alongside experienced professionals on real-world projects while developing your technical and analytical skills.
High-performing interns may be considered for a full-time opportunity upon successful completion of the internship, based on performance and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing and testing Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP) solutions.
- Support the development and maintenance of personalization campaigns.
- Inspect, debug, and troubleshoot web pages using browser developer tools.
- Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON to support web implementations.
- Analyze website behavior and identify implementation issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Document implementation processes and technical findings.
Key Requirements
- Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP) is a plus, but not mandatory. Candidates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with browser developer tools and web page inspection.
- Basic understanding of JSON and web technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility
- Recent graduates with a B.Tech (Computer Science Engineering) or BCA degree.
- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals and web technologies.
- Available for a minimum 6-month, full-time Work from Office internship.
