Hiring: Senior BIM Architect

BIMTECH Services LLP is an established BIM consulting and training company with over 10 years of industry experience in delivering BIM solutions across Architecture, MEP, and Construction sectors.
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior BIM Architect to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural BIM projects from initiation to delivery
- Develop and review BIM models
- Ensure model quality through QA/QC processes
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Support BIM standards implementation
- Mentor and guide junior BIM modelers
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong expertise in Revit Architecture
- Strong understanding of BIM workflows and standards
- Experience in LOD 300 / 350 / 400 projects
- Strong architectural detailing and documentation skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills
- Navisworks
- Dynamo
- BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Clash detection and coordination
