Key Responsibilities
1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts and financial records.
- Record and maintain all daily financial transactions.
- Maintain records of income, receipts, payments, purchases, expenses, and other financial activities.
- Regularly update accounting data in the company's accounting software/Excel.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of bills, invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payment records.
- Reconcile cash, bank transactions, and other financial records regularly.
2. Income, Receipts & Data Management
- Update and maintain records of all receipts, collections, and income received by the company.
- Maintain proper records of customer payments and outstanding amounts, wherever applicable.
- Keep financial data organized and readily available for management and the CA.
- Ensure all transactions are entered accurately and on time.
3. Expense Management
- Record and categorize all company expenses.
- Maintain expense statements and supporting bills/invoices.
- Track recurring and project-related expenses.
- Monitor outstanding payments and expenses that need to be processed.
- Maintain proper records for reimbursements and petty cash transactions.
4. Coordination with Chartered Accountant
- Coordinate regularly with the company's CA regarding accounts and financial records.
- Provide required data, statements, bills, invoices, and supporting documents to the CA.
- Assist the CA with GST, TDS, income tax, audits, and other statutory requirements.
- Ensure accounting records are properly maintained and available before deadlines.
- Follow up on accounting and compliance-related requirements as instructed by the CA.
5. Bank & Cash Management
- Maintain daily cash and bank records.
- Perform regular bank reconciliation.
- Keep track of deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other banking transactions.
- Maintain petty cash records and ensure proper supporting documentation for cash expenses.
- Assist management in tracking upcoming payments and financial obligations.
6. Real Estate–Related Accounting
- Maintain proper records related to real estate projects, properties, vendors, contractors, and other business expenses.
- Track payments made to vendors, contractors, consultants, and service providers.
- Maintain records of project-related expenses and payments.
- Assist management in preparing project-wise or activity-wise expense statements when required.
- Maintain documentation related to property transactions and other financial records as required.
7. Reporting & Management Support
- Prepare regular expense, income, payment, and outstanding reports for management.
- Provide accurate financial information whenever required.
- Assist management with basic cash-flow and payment tracking.
- Highlight discrepancies, missing documents, unusual expenses, or accounting errors to management.
- Support the management team with any other accounting or bookkeeping requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience as an Accountant, Bookkeeper, Accounts Executive, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience with accounting software such as Tally will be preferred.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial and business information.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with the CA, management, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Should be comfortable working independently and taking ownership of day-to-day accounting activities.
Preferred Experience
2–5 years of relevant accounting/bookkeeping experience, preferably with experience in a real estate, construction, property, or similar business.

The candidate should be comfortable handling day-to-day accounting independently and ensuring that the company's financial data is always updated, organized, and ready for review.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
