Key Responsibilities:
Ø Maintain and update employee database (attendance, leave, payroll inputs, etc.)
Ø Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports and dashboards
Ø Generate MIS reports related to recruitment, attrition, performance, and payroll
Ø Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR data
Ø Coordinate with HR team for data collection and reporting requirements
Ø Track employee attendance, leaves, and generate reports accordingly
Ø Assist in payroll processing by providing required data
Ø Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making
Ø Handle data validation and error checking
Ø Maintain proper documentation and records of HR MIS
Requirements
· Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Formulas)
· Basic understanding of HR processes
· Good analytical and problem-solving skills
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Good communication skills
· Ability to handle confidential data
