Job Title: Senior Full Stack Software Engineer
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Senior Full Stack Software Engineer who takes pride in building highly scalable applications. In this role, you will help build new applications and modernize existing systems while working as an individual contributor and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement user interfaces and microservices.
- Develop telemetry solutions and build CI/CD pipelines.
- Build product features in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
- Create innovative solutions that improve business outcomes and application reliability.
- Define coding standards and engineering best practices.
- Mentor and coach developers within the team.
- Participate in application architecture and technical decision-making.
- Ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable software development.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience developing applications using React, including component design and state management.
- 5+ years of experience with Java.
- 5+ years of experience with Node.js.
- 2+ years of experience processing data using Kafka streams.
- 2+ years of experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs/services.
- 2+ years of Agile software delivery experience.
- 2+ years of experience building microservices using Spring Boot.
- 2+ years of experience working in Agile teams.
- 2+ years of experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- 2+ years of experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- 2+ years of cloud experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Ability to design software architecture and manage a small team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience delivering software using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with Kafka or other event streaming technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Azure, Jenkins, Grafana, and Splunk.
- Experience working in a DevOps environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining engineering standards and best practices.
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
