Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls for our Study Abroad services. The role involves connecting with student leads, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through available study options abroad while supporting the admissions and counselling team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to student leads and follow up on inquiries
- Handle inbound calls related to study abroad programs and universities
- Understand student profiles, interests, and eligibility
- Share accurate information about courses, countries, fees, and admission process
- Schedule counselling sessions for interested students
- Maintain lead data, call records, and follow-ups in CRM
- Achieve daily call targets and monthly conversion goals
- Coordinate with counsellors and admissions team for smooth lead handover
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Telecaller in Study Abroad or Education Consultancy
- Good communication skills in English (regional language is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of popular study abroad destinations and courses
- Ability to handle objections and convert inquiries into qualified leads
- Comfortable with CRM systems and MS Excel
- Target-oriented and disciplined approach to follow-ups
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in handling student leads for MBBS, Nursing, or other overseas programs
- Strong convincing and counselling skills
- Immediate joiner preferred
