Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable SAP FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management) Faculty/Trainer to conduct hybrid training sessions for students and working professionals. The ideal candidate should possess strong domain expertise in SAP FSCM along with practical industry experience and excellent training capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and practical training sessions on SAP FSCM modules.
- Handle hybrid mode training.
- Conduct weekend and evening batches as per schedule.
- Prepare course materials, assignments, and real-time case studies.
- Provide hands-on project guidance and interview preparation support.
- Monitor learner progress and resolve technical/functional queries.
- Ensure high-quality knowledge transfer with industry-oriented examples.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong expertise in SAP FSCM modules.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant SAP FSCM experience.
- Prior experience as a trainer/faculty is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage weekend and evening batch schedules effectively.
- Immediate availability preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP FSCM Certification is an added advantage.
- Experience in corporate training or real-time implementation projects.
