Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist
Job Summary:
The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The role involves managing the front office, handling calls, assisting visitors, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable
Handle visitor inquiries and provide accurate information
Manage appointments and maintain schedules
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes if required
Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks
Coordinate with other departments for smooth communication
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, etc.)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Representative
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional attitude and appearance
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
Customer service-oriented mindset
Ability to handle pressure and remain calm
Educational Qualification:
Minimum: Any Graduate (preferred)
Additional certification in office management is a plus
Working Conditions:
Full-time position
May require working in shifts depending on the organization
