Job Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with US-based clients and stakeholders over voice calls.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls while maintaining high-quality communication standards.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records and update information in the system.
- Follow company processes, quality guidelines, and compliance standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of queries.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Build positive relationships through effective communication and customer service.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with International BPO or Voice Process experience are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Neutral English accent with clear pronunciation.

- Ability to communicate professionally with international clients.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.

- Willingness to work permanent night shifts.

- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience in an International Voice Process, Customer Support, or US Healthcare process will be an added advantage.
