Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, target-driven, and experienced Business Development Executive with 2–3 years of proven experience in IT sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn outreach, and other freelancing platforms, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and client handling skills.
The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, acquiring international clients, maintaining long-term client relationships, and contributing to the company’s revenue growth through strategic business development activities.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, and other freelancing platforms.
- Write customized, professional, and persuasive proposals based on client requirements, project scope, and business objectives.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, networking, referrals, and other digital business development channels.
- Handle end-to-end client communication including requirement gathering, project discussions, negotiations, follow-ups, and closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients to ensure long-term business opportunities and repeat business.
- Coordinate with technical teams, project managers, designers, and other internal stakeholders to understand project feasibility and prepare suitable solutions for clients.
- Conduct regular market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, emerging technologies, and new business opportunities.
- Manage sales pipelines, maintain CRM records, track lead status, schedule follow-ups, and ensure timely communication with prospects and clients.
- Attend virtual meetings and client calls to understand business requirements and present company services effectively.
- Prepare business presentations, capability documents, and project portfolios for client discussions.
- Negotiate project pricing, timelines, contracts, and payment terms while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
- Develop strategies to improve conversion rates, client retention, and overall business performance.
- Maintain a professional approach during all client interactions and ensure high-quality customer service throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns, branding activities, and business growth initiatives.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute actively to organizational growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Strong hands-on experience with Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client handling and relationship management abilities are mandatory.
- Experience in lead generation, proposal writing, and sales pipeline management.
- Ability to understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to provide customized solutions.
- Self-motivated, confident, and capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
- Knowledge of CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email outreach tools is an added advantage.
- Ability to work under targets and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
