- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation

2. Communication Management
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and official correspondence
- Coordinate communication between management, staff, and branches
- Draft official letters, notices, and circulars
3. Facility & Infrastructure Management
- Ensure proper maintenance of office premises
- Coordinate with vendors for repair and maintenance work
- Monitor utilities such as electricity, internet, and stationery
4. Vendor & Purchase Management
- Coordinate with vendors for supplies and services
- Maintain vendor records and billing documents
- Monitor purchase orders and delivery of materials
5. Scheduling & Coordination
- Manage meetings and appointments
- Maintain management calendars
- Record meeting minutes and follow-up actions
6. Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain agreements, contracts, and legal documents
- Ensure proper filing system (digital and physical)
- Maintain compliance records
7. Financial Support
- Maintain petty cash records
- Coordinate bill processing and payments
- Track office expenses and submit reports
8. HR & Operational Support
- Maintain attendance records
- Support onboarding documentation
- Assist in staff coordination and training activities
9. Field Work & Branch Coordination (Added)
- Visit branches, partner schools, and operational locations as assigned
- Coordinate between head office and different branches
- Monitor class operations, infrastructure, and administrative compliance
- Support new branch setup and operational implementation
- Ensure uniform process and policy implementation across branches
Territory Responsibilities
- Manage assigned territory or area operations
- Coordinate with branch coordinators, teachers, and management
- Support marketing activities, admissions drives, and events
- Collect field feedback and submit reports to management
10. Reporting & MIS
- Submit daily/weekly field visit reports
- Maintain branch performance records
- Track operational issues and recommend solutions

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
