Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Associate to promote our wealth management products over phone. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients, explaining financial products, and generating sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Explain financial products (mutual funds, insurance, investments)
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Follow up with interested clients
- Achieve monthly targets
- Maintain call records and update CRM system
Requirements
- Any graduate / Diploma
- 0–3 years of experience in telesales / telecalling (freshers can apply)
- Good communication skills (English + Tamil mandatory)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working with targets and calling
Preferred Skills
- Experience in BFSI / insurance / loan sales
- Experience in outbound calling
- Basic computer knowledge
