We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Admissions Counsellor to guide prospective parents through the admission process and help achieve enrollment goals.
Responsibilities
- Counsel parents on admissions, curriculum, and school programs.
- Handle walk-in, phone, email, and online admission inquiries.
- Conduct campus tours and follow up with prospective parents.
- Assist with application, documentation, and admission formalities.
- Coordinate with school departments for a smooth admission process.
- Achieve admission targets and provide excellent parent service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in school admissions, counseling, or educational sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems.
- Fluent in English and Telugu (Hindi is a plus).
