Job Summary
Hexa Coder Technologies is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive (Real Estate Background) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate sales and a strong interest in working in the IT industry. This role requires strong client interaction skills, field visits, and the ability to generate and convert leads into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with potential clients and partners
- Generate leads through networking, field visits, and personal connections
- Conduct client meetings and present company services
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
- Maintain strong and long-term relationships with clients
- Track leads, follow-ups, and sales activities
- Contribute to business development and revenue growth initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to handle field sales and client meetings
- Basic understanding of IT services (training will be provided if required)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Experience in client acquisition and deal closures preferred
Additional Requirements
- Candidate must have their own vehicle for client visits
