Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage complete construction project execution
- Plan project schedules and monitor progress
- Handle site engineers, contractors, and vendors
- Ensure quality control and safety compliance
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and consultants
- Prepare project reports and billing updates
- Monitor material consumption and site activities
- Ensure project completion within budget and timeline
- Resolve technical and site-related issues
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of construction management
- Billing & estimation knowledge preferred
- Ability to manage manpower and contractors
- AutoCAD/MS Excel/MS Project knowledge
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
