Sarvvam is a learning space rooted in Montessori pedagogy(2-18 yrs), where education is seen as an aid to life.

The Role
We are looking for an adult who can stand beside the child—not above.
A Sarvvam Elementary Guide is someone who:
- Trusts the child’s natural development

Key ResponsibilitiesHolding the Environment
- Prepare and sustain a living Montessori environment that is orderly, beautiful, and purposeful
- Offer Great Lessons that ignite imagination and lead to deeper exploration
- Ensure freedom with responsibility, maintaining balance and harmony in the space
Guiding the Child
- Observe deeply and respond to the needs of each child
- Support the development of independence, reasoning, and inner discipline
- Encourage children to ask questions, explore, and construct their own understanding
Academic & Cosmic Education
- Facilitate learning across language, mathematics, culture, and sciences through interconnected experiences
- Encourage research, projects, and collaborative work
- Help children see their place in the larger universe—building a sense of responsibility and belonging
Social & Emotional Development
- Nurture a culture of respect, empathy, and cooperation
- Guide children in resolving conflicts with awareness and responsibility
- Model grace, courtesy, and mindful communication
Community Connection
- Build meaningful relationships with parents as partners in the child’s journey
- Contribute to the larger Sarvvam community and its evolving vision
- Participate in school activities, farm experiences, and community initiatives

Qualifications
- Montessori Elementary Certification (AMI / AMS or equivalent preferred)
- Experience working with children aged 6–12 (Montessori experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of child development

Our Expectation
We are not looking for someone to “teach the syllabus.”
We are looking for someone who can hold space for life to unfold in the child.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
