Urgent Hiring – Sales & Project Coordinator
Industry: Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) / Industrial Construction
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and technically competent professional to join our growing team as a Sales & Project Coordinator. The role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with Sales, Estimation, Engineering, and Project teams while contributing to the successful execution of industrial and commercial building projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and maintain CRM data, customer enquiries, lead tracking, and follow-up activities.
2. Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure timely response to enquiries and customer requirements.
3. Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and techno-commercial quotations based on project specifications and drawings.
4. Review engineering drawings and perform measurement calculations for estimation purposes.
5. Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, work orders, and project documentation.
6. Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal departments.
7. Support project execution by ensuring smooth communication and timely information flow among stakeholders.
8. Generate MIS reports, sales reports, and project status updates for management review.
9. Handle professional email communication and documentation management.
*Candidate Profile*
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Estimation, Project Coordination, CRM Management, or Industrial
*Technical Skills*
MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Email Communication.
Hands-on experience in CRM software is preferred.
Knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, estimation, and drawing interpretation.
Familiarity with AutoCAD will be an added advantage.

Location: Viman Nagar, Pune
* Working Hours* :
Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: Half Day
Sunday: Weekly Off
Salary: (Based on experience and competency)
Joining: Immediate / Early Joining Preferred
Pay: ₹11,453.09 - ₹30,254.63 per month
