We're looking for a dynamic, result-driven Digital Sales Manager to lead revenue growth through new client acquisition and strategic relationship management with brands and advertising agencies. The ideal candidate brings a strong grasp of programmatic media and digital advertising solutions, paired with a hunter mindset for new business.

What you will do:
- Drive new business acquisition by onboarding brands, agencies, and advertisers
•Build and nurture relationships with media agencies, direct clients, and marketing decision-makers
- Generate revenue across digital advertising formats — Programmatic, Display, Video, Native, CTV, Performance Marketing, and Mobile
- Identify new business opportunities and build a robust, sustainable sales pipeline
- Prepare compelling sales presentations, proposals, media plans, and lead commercial negotiations
- Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Partner with Account Management, Ad Operations, Publisher Development, and Product teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Track campaign performance and client satisfaction to drive repeat business and account growth
- Stay current on digital advertising trends, AdTech innovations, and competitive landscape
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records.
•2–4 years of experience in Digital Advertising Sales, Media Sales, AdTech, Programmatic, or Performance Marketing
•Established network across media agencies, brands, and advertisers
•Working knowledge of Programmatic Advertising, DSPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges, Google DV360, and Google Ad Manager
•Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
•Track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
•Sharp analytical and business development instincts
•Self-motivated, target-driven, and entrepreneurial in approach
•Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools, and Google Workspace.
