Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to support the sales team in achieving business targets and driving revenue growth. The Assistant Sales Manager will assist in managing sales operations, developing client relationships, handling inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer service within the fitness centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Manager in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Handle walk-in inquiries, leads, and membership conversions.
- Support the sales team in lead generation and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and members.
- Conduct presentations and explain membership packages and services.
- Monitor daily sales activities and prepare sales reports.
- Train and guide sales executives to improve performance.
- Coordinate promotional activities, campaigns, and events.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, memberships, and client interactions.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to increase memberships and retention.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred.
- Minimum1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or retail industry.
- Experience in team handling or supervisory roles preferred.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
