Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and engaging Soft Skills Trainer to join our faculty team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming our students into polished, confident, and industry-ready professionals. You will leverage your background in Psychology, English, or Social Work (MSW) to understand student mindsets, break down communication barriers, and build their emotional intelligence, leadership capabilities, and corporate readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Delivery: Design and conduct interactive sessions on vital soft skills, including:
- Effective Communication Skills & Public Speaking
- Personality Development & Grooming
- Interview Preparation, Resume Building, & Group Discussions
- Time Management, Goal Setting, & Critical Thinking
- Emotional Intelligence, Conflict Resolution, & Interpersonal Skills
- Student Assessment: Evaluate students' initial skill levels, track their behavioral and communication progress, and provide constructive, personalized feedback.
- Curriculum Customization: Develop and update training modules, activities, role-plays, and assignments that cater to different learning paces and psychological profiles.
- Confidence Building: Help students overcome stage fright, language anxiety, and low self-esteem through modern mentoring techniques.
- Placement Readiness: Work closely with the placement cell to ensure students meet the behavioral and communication standards expected by corporate employers.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Educational Background: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, English Literature, MSW (Master of Social Work), or a certified corporate training credential.
- Experience:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, Personality Development Coach, or Language Trainer.
- Candidates with institutional or corporate training experience will be highly preferred.
- Core Skills:
- Impeccable English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- A deep psychological understanding of human behavior and student mindsets.
- Strong crowd management and the ability to hold the attention of a large classroom.
- High empathy, patience, and a non-judgmental approach to student mentoring.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
