About Us:
Bungalow 11 is a cozy, speciality cafe in Sivasagar, Assam built around warm experiences, good conversations, and great coffee. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, responsible, and willing to grow with us from the very beginning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee and beverages (espresso, cappuccino, latte, cold coffee, etc.)
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café and work area
- Handle opening and closing of the café
- Manage day-to-day operations including billing and basic inventory tracking
- Ensure smooth customer service and a welcoming environment
- Assist in managing stock (milk, coffee beans, supplies)
- Maintain consistency in taste and presentation of beverages
Requirements:
- Interest in coffee and café culture
- Good communication skills and a friendly attitude
- Responsible and able to manage the café independently
- Prior experience as a barista is a plus but not mandatory
- Willingness to learn and be trained
