Key Responsibilities site supervision:
- Supervise daily paver block installation activities at project sites.
- Ensure site preparation including leveling, compaction, and base preparation is done correctly.
- Monitor work progress and ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients when required.
Workforce Management
- Manage and guide site workers, machine operators, and helpers.
- Assign daily tasks and ensure proper productivity of the workforce.
- Maintain discipline and safety practices at the site.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
