About the Role
We are looking for driven, entrepreneurial individuals who can help us expand our client base. If you enjoy building relationships, spotting hiring opportunities, and closing deals—this role gives you the freedom to do just that while we handle delivery.
Your role is simple: bring in clients with hiring needs, and our team will take care of the rest.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard companies with active hiring requirements
- Drive empanelment and close service agreements (MOU/contracts)
- Generate leads through your network, LinkedIn, and outbound outreach
- Understand client hiring needs and align them with our services
- Act as the initial point of contact to ensure a smooth engagement
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in B2B sales, recruitment sales, or business development (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Ability to independently generate leads and close deals
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Existing connections with HRs, founders, or hiring managers is a plus
