This is to inform you that, as per the company policy, we will not be able to process your salary at this stage because you left the organization immediately without serving the mandatory notice period of 30 days.
Please note that the 30-day notice period was clearly mentioned in the joining agreement signed by you at the time of joining. Your sudden departure without prior notice has caused operational disruption, and the company has had to face inconvenience and business loss due to the immediate vacancy and interruption in work responsibilities.
As the terms and conditions of the joining agreement were not fulfilled, salary disbursement cannot be initiated currently.
However, if you wish to become eligible for salary payment, you may serve the required 30-day notice period. Upon successful completion of the notice period, the pending amount, including 2 months’ salary, will be disbursed together as per company policy.
Please let us know your decision at the earliest.
