Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage the day-to-day warehouse operations. The candidate will be responsible for inventory management, dispatch, receiving, warehouse staff supervision, and ensuring smooth and accurate warehouse activities while maintaining safety and discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and maintain stock records.
- Monitor inward and outward material movement.
- Conduct regular stock verification and cycle counts.
- Lead, train, and monitor warehouse staff.
- Maintain proper warehouse housekeeping and safety standards.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Purchase, and Logistics teams for timely dispatches.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports.
- Handle damaged or returned goods as per company procedures.
Required Skills.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of warehouse operations.
- Inventory and stock management.
- Leadership and team handling skills.
- MS Excel and basic computer knowledge.
