- An Interior Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating interior fit-out and finishing works at the project site. The role involves managing workers and subcontractors, ensuring work is completed according to drawings and specifications, maintaining quality standards, and meeting project deadlines.Key ResponsibilitiesRequired Skills
- Supervise daily interior and fit-out activities at the site.
- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other workers.
- Read and follow interior drawings, layouts, and specifications.
- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Ensure work is completed according to the approved design and schedule.
- Check measurements and site dimensions before installation.
- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper usage and storage.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the project manager/designer to resolve them.
- Monitor workers' attendance, productivity, and daily activities.
- Maintain daily site reports and progress updates.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working practices at the site.
- Coordinate inspections and ensure defects or unfinished work are rectified.
- Support the project team in completing the project on time and within budget.
- Good knowledge of interior fit-out and finishing works
- Ability to read technical/interior drawings
- Knowledge of materials, tools, and construction methods
- Good communication and team-management skills
- Problem-solving and site-coordination ability
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and quality control
- Relevant experience in interior construction or fit-out projects is preferred.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
