Job Summary
Uday Suites is looking for a dynamic and creative Manager – Luxury Experiences & Creative Events to enhance guest experiences and lead the planning and execution of premium events. The ideal candidate will have a strong hospitality background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating memorable luxury experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver exceptional luxury guest experiences.
- Plan, organize, and execute premium events, activations, and special occasions.
- Develop innovative hospitality concepts to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Drive brand engagement initiatives and promotional activities.
- Coordinate guest engagement and CSR programs.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, and other departments.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to service standards.
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members to achieve operational excellence.
- Build relationships with corporate clients, event partners, and vendors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in Hospitality, Luxury Events, Guest Experience Management, Branding, or Lifestyle Events.
- Prior work experience in the Trivandrum market is preferred.
- Strong managerial and team leadership skills.
- Excellent event planning and project management abilities.
- Creative mindset with a passion for luxury hospitality.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
